NUAA is a word from the Isan dialect of Thailand. When you are talking about food, it means “perfect for me.” We take that approach with all of our food. We are Midwesterners who want to achieve a perfect dining experience by mixing our approachable hospitality, local ingredients, and techniques from our cultural backgrounds.
